REGISTRATION FEES AND DISCOUNTS
If you are Registering for a Provincial level team and are awaiting selection confirmation, please select the Regional level registration fee amount at the time you are filling out this form. Once team selections have been confirmed, you will only need to submit the fee difference applicable to that Provincial team level using the E-Transfer Payment Form. This Registration form will be updated by RAB. You will not be required to resubmit any new Registration form.

For families with two or more players in U10 to 18+ (U8 is not applicable). $25 discount to be applied at registration for your 2nd and subsequent direct family members registering for this season. Example: 2 Players total in RAB = $25 discount on 2nd Player's Registration. DO NOT use this section if this is the first (or only) child of a family being registered. U8 bunny level players do not count towards this discount.
  4. If you were referred by a current RAB member, please include the name of any player/family that has referred you to this game so that we can demonstrate our appreciation in the form of a rebate later in the season.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. Please see payment information for more details. Cheques are to be made out to Ringette Association of Burlington. Please mail payment to: Ringette Association Of Burlington PO Box 93031 Burlington ON L7M 4A3. Please be sure to indicate the player name(s) in the memo section of any payment. No player is considered registered until a minimum payment of $100 has been made. A fee of $40 will be charged for all NSF cheques by your financial institution. EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) via Interac are encouraged to help keep administrative costs to a minimum.


  1. Please select method of payment. Please ensure you identify the player name and division when submitting payment. (Sorry, we do not accept Credit Cards at this time). EFT is encouraged to help keep administrative costs to a minimum.
  2. Please indicate your payment amount by calculating Registration Amount minus any multi-player discounts that may be applicable. Deposits require a $100 minimum. If paying by installments, the Multi-Player discount is to be subtracted from the final installment amount.
  1. Refund Policy

    If there is any reason to cancel the season due to COVID before full registration costs are finalized we will refund a portion of the deposit.  Once registration costs are finalized the regular RAB Refund Policy will apply.

    For Regional players only, refunds will be issued until November 15.  Any withdrawals after October 15 will be subjected to a $40 administration fee.  
    There are no refunds for Provincial players.
  2. VOLUNTEERING REQUIREMENTS

    Ringette is organized and operated by volunteers and it is a rewarding experience becoming involved. Please talk with any member of the executive or your coach to explore what volunteer opportunities exist.

    Please be aware that all families are required to volunteer for their teams and during our annual Blast Tournament (this is addition to any bench staff obligations). The Blast Tournament is a way to promote our association and contributes to fundraising for the association, keeping everyone's memberships fees as low as possible.


    As the Parent(s) of the player being registered, I agree to volunteer for team duties, and volunteer at the annual Blast Tournament.

RAB is always looking for new volunteers to help out the Association's many tasks. For a full list of areas to help, please do not hesitate to contact one of the Executive members or your head coach.

  1. PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT

    As a PLAYER , I shall: 

    • Abide by the rules of ringette, the policies and by--laws of the RAB and principals of good sportsmanship. 
    • Respect my teammates, coaches, team officials, referees, opponents, opposing coaches, opposing team officials and other participants in RAB games, practices and other association activities. 
    • Not make any derogatory comments as to another individual’s race, ethnic origin, color, religion, abilities, gender and/or sexual orientation. 
    • Not put anyone down, or say or do anything that could hurt someone else physically or emotionally. Verbally or otherwise including but not limited to social media such as. Twitter, Facebook, etc. 
    • Not name call, bully or do any other intimidating acts on or off the ice. 
    • Work hard to improve my skills both as individual and as a team player. 
    • Act in a safe and responsible manner at games, practices and all Ringette Association of Burlington activities. 
    • Support my teammates including those who are less skillful both on and off the ice. • Attend all practices and games and in the event that I have a legitimate reason for not being able to attend a practice or game, I will provide my coach with as much notice as possible of my anticipated absence. Be on time and prepared to commence a game or practice in keeping with the schedule established by the coach. 
    • Play whatever position I am assigned by my coach to the best of my ability. 
    • Not lose my temper at games, practices or Association activities 
    • Respect my coaches at all times and listen carefully to their instructions. I understand that they are giving their time to make me a better ringette player.
    • Most importantly HAVE FUN!

    • Respect my child’s teammates, Coaches, parents, team officials, Referees, opponents, opponents parents, opposing coaches, opposing team officials and other participants in RAB games, practices and other association activities. 
    • Not make any derogatory comments as to another individual’s race, ethnic origin, color, religion, abilities, gender and/or sexual orientation. Not put anyone down, or say or do anything that could hurt someone else physically or emotionally. Verbally or otherwise including but not limited to social media such as. Twitter, Facebook, etc. and I will be aware of what my child(ren) are doing on--line. 
    • Not name call, bully or do any other intimidating acts in or outside of the arena to fellow members of the team, parents, coaching staff or officials 
    • Encourage my child to do their best in a positive manner. 
    • Act in a safe and responsible manner at games, practices and all Ringette Association of Burlington activities. 
    • Support all teammates including those who are less skillful both on and off the ice.

  3. INDEMNITY, AUTHORIZATION, TERMS

    I, the undersigned (registrant or legal parent/guardian), in registering with Ringette Ontario (RO) and the Ringette Association of Burlington, (RAB) hereby agree to abide by and be governed by all prescribed by-laws, rules, regulations, policies, principles and philosophies of each organization and be bound by the RO Operating Manual, as amended from time to time.

    I hereby agree, or in the case of a legal parent/guardian, give my consent for my child to play Ringette with the Ringette Association of Burlington and agree to hold harmless the association, its officers, instructors and participants for any claim arising out of injury to my child.

    I consent to the release of my, or my child’s name/photo in newsletters, newspapers and website including social media outlets.

    I accept responsibility for the care of all RAB property entrusted to me and will return same at the end of the season.

    I have read and understand RAB Fees, Charges, Terms and Conditions and understand that registration fees do not include additional team functions such as tournaments, off–ice training, extra ice time and Team fee.

    The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization and COVID-19 is extremely contagious. The Association has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however, the Association cannot guaruntee that I will not become infected with virusus, including COVID-19, or any mutations thereof.
